For the past 2 weeks she has been in the hospital. Her daughter is still there right by her side and it seems like it is getting bad, they have ask the daughter to think about hospice but her mom says no and is still trying to fight because she does not want to leave her daughter alone as she knows her daughter will be homeless when this happens. Her dream and wish is that somehow and someway the 3000 poems she has written in her life would somehow get published and her daughter would have something. She has lost weight and is getting sicker and now there might be kidney failure, and still through this all, I have never heard the daughter talk about her worries as where will she go, how will she live and living here in this town with no mass transportation and her not knowing how to drive, still all she wants is to be by her mothers side and make sure her mother gets what she wants, Such a brave young lady. I know she could use a lot of financial help. Right now I am basically all she has and I really do not have a lot to offer. I do try to go see her in the hospital and talk now with her pretty much everyday as she calls me and lets me know what is going on. They also wanted to put her mother in a nursing home but they said they needed her whole little social security ck, her daughter does not want that nor does her mother as she knows that would leave her daughter homeless now.
